What are your Terms and Conditions for the #signatureTYprogram money back guarantee?
Signature TY Program Terms and Conditions
1. TYFIT hereby commits to guaranteeing you 10% results upon completion of the program, which includes daily diet guidelines and daily workouts for 6 days a week. The guarantee is subject to your commitment and adherence to the daily diet guidelines and daily workouts. You are expected to send daily pictures of your meals and workouts to TYFIT via tagging TYFIT on social media, or TYFIT's Signature TY Program group chat, or personal message to TYFIT coaches.
2. The 10% results are defined as the percentage cumulation of the 3 parameters taken during baseline body testing, namely, body weight, body fat percentage, and skeletal muscle percentage. See example below for calculation.
i. Body weight: Decreased from 100kg to 95kg; 5% loss = 5% result.
(Result will be taken as 0% if there is a gain in body weight instead. It can happen if you built more muscle than the weight you lost instead.)
ii. Body fat percentage: Decreased from 25% to 20%; 5% loss = 5% result.
iii. Skeletal muscle percentage: Increased from 40% to 45%; 5% gain = 5% result.
(Result will be taken as 0% if there is a loss in skeletal muscle percentage instead. It can happen if you do a lot of cardiovascular work without weight or strength training.)
Total result from above: 5% + 5% + 5% = 15% results.
3. You will receive a full refund of your money paid for the program upon completion if you have fulfilled 100% adherence to the daily diet guide and daily workouts but achieved 0% or less results.
4. You will receive a prorated refund of your money paid for the program upon completion based on the results achieved if you have fulfilled 100% adherence to the daily diet guide and daily workouts. See example below for calculation.
i. Body weight: Increased from 100kg to 105kg; 5% gain = 0% result.
(Result will be taken as 0% if there is a gain in body weight instead. It can happen if you built more muscle than the weight you lost instead.)
ii. Body fat percentage: Decreased from 25% to 21%; 4% loss = 4% result.
iii. Skeletal muscle percentage: Increased from 40% to 44%; 4% gain = 4% result.
(Result will be taken as 0% if there is a loss in skeletal muscle percentage instead. It can happen if you do a lot of cardiovascular work without weight or strength training.)
Total result from above: 0% + 4% + 4% = 8% results.
You would then be entitled to a 20% refund of your money paid for the program as you have achieved 8% / 10% = 80% of the guaranteed 10% results.
5. You must present proof of your 100% adherence to the daily diet guide and daily workouts in order to make a claim of your money paid for the program. You cannot 'makeup' for meals failed or workouts missed, ie, 2 workouts tomorrow cannot makeup for the workout missed today.
6. The daily workouts can be replaced by TYFIT classes. There is no makeup for the weekly classes. If you miss any session this week, there’s no makeup in the following week.
7. This "money-back guarantee" only applies to the first time you participate in the Signature TY Program. Subsequent participation would not be entitled to any claims.
8. All refunds will be refunded via cash or Paynow.

What is your refund policy?
At TYFIT, we strive to provide the best experience for all our members. Please note the following refund terms:
Membership Cancellations by TYFIT
If a membership is cancelled by us, you will receive a full or pro-rated refund, if the membership has been utilised, to your original payment method or Paynow within 5–7 working days.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Membership fees, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable once purchased, even if they have not been utilised.
Cancellation of recurring memberships
Your subscription will auto renew until stopped. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for any unused portions of the Paid Subscription whether it is monthly, quarterly, annually or any other periodic cycle. For example, if you are subscribing to a monthly Paid Subscription and cancel during a given month, you will be charged for the whole given month and maintain access to the Paid Subscription through the end of that month.
