TYFIT group classes are suitable for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned CrossFit athlete. Our coaches are able to cater to you individually and adjust the workouts accordingly. That's why we cap every class to 8 pax only in order to ensure attention to all.
Baseline testing involves taking your body parameters (bodyweight, body fat %, skeletal muscle %) as a baseline to chart your progress. Before and after pictures would be useful too! You would then go for the trial class within the same time slot.
TYFIT group classes are primarily focused on functional strength, designed to improve your range of motion and ability to perform daily functional activities. We always finish off with a WOD (workout of the day) to work that heart too!
We will work on different parts of the body on different days but not necessarily in isolation as our body is not meant to function as such. Upper Body, Lower Body and Core segregation are merely a guide, let the WODs surprise us!
