TYFIT group classes are suitable for all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned CrossFit athlete. Our coaches cater to the individual and adjust the workouts accordingly. That's why we cap every class to 8 pax only to ensure attention to all.

 

Baseline testing involves measuring your body parameters (bodyweight, body fat %, skeletal muscle %) as a baseline to track your progress. Before and after pictures would be useful too! Follow this with a trial class within the same time slot.

Our group classes emphasise functional strength, enhancing your range of motion and daily activity performance. Each session concludes with a WOD (workout of the day) to boost your cardiovascular health.


We target different body parts on various days, but not in isolation, as our bodies are designed to function as a whole. While we use Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core as guidelines, let the WODs surprise you!
